How the day works
You do not need to be a boxholder, and you do not need an appointment. If the label is already on the box, the whole thing takes about a minute. If it is not — no label, no box, or a box that will not survive the trip — that becomes a packing job rather than a drop-off; see professional packing, or pick up what you need from boxes and supplies and bring it back.
Keep the receipt: the tracking number on it is what you paste into the carrier's tracking page. If you have lost it, call the location that took the parcel — every address, phone number and set of hours is here — and we can look it up from our copy of the receipt.
