We ship DHL Express and accept DHL drop-offs, and we fill in the customs paperwork with you.
Every location is a DHL Service Point: we ship DHL Express internationally and accept DHL drop-offs. Bring what you are sending and we will weigh it, work through the customs paperwork with you, and label it for you. A prepaid, packed and labeled DHL parcel can simply be handed over during store hours at no charge.
What to bring for customs
The paperwork travels with the parcel and is filled in before it leaves, so have these ready when you come in:
Declared value is what the contents are actually worth, not what you paid for postage, and it is what customs in the destination country reads. Staff check the set over with you before the parcel goes. The international shipping page covers the same ground for every carrier we send with.
