What happens when you come in
Most people arrive with one of two things: a parcel that is finished, or a thing that still needs a box. Both are fine. If it is finished and labeled, it goes straight into the outbound bin for that carrier's next pickup. If it is not, we weigh and measure it, talk through which carrier suits the destination, and pack it here — see professional packing for the work itself and boxes and supplies if you would rather do it yourself.
Declared-value coverage is your choice at the time of shipping, and if a claim ever has to be filed we will help you put it together with the carrier. We do not promise a delivery date for any carrier — the carrier's own service commitment is the only honest answer to that, and we will read it to you before you commit.
