Good to know
- Sizes and terms
- Boxes come small, medium and large, on three-, six- or twelve-month terms. Which sizes are open changes week to week, so ask us.
- Alerts are for packages
- A package triggers a text or an email. Letters do not, which is what the call-ahead check is for.
- Forwarding runs on your cadence
- Tell us where to send it and how often you want it sent, and that is how it goes out. Being away for a month is a normal request, not a special one.
- Registered with the Postal Service
- Every location is registered through the USPS CMRA process, which is what allows us to hold mail addressed to you. Opening a box means signing USPS Form 1583.

Questions we get asked
- Can I get packages from every carrier here?
- Yes, and that is the whole point of a street address. A carrier that will not deliver to a PO box number will deliver to this one, so everything you order can come to the same place.
- Do I have to be here when something turns up?
- No. Deliveries are accepted for you whether you are here or not, and the lobby is open 24 hours a day, so you collect when it suits you rather than when we are open.
- Can you forward my mail to me?
- Yes, on the cadence you choose. Tell us where it should go and how often you want it sent, and that is how it goes out.
