The Mail Hub

About The Mail Hub

Your other Post Office since 1984.

Locally owned

The Mail Hub is locally owned. There is no franchise head office deciding what we stock or what we are allowed to help you with — every location answers to the same owner, who bought the Issaquah store more than five years ago from the previous owners, who traded as Mail Clinic. If you have been coming here since then, you are in the right place; the name on the sign changed and the people behind it did not.

What we actually do

The list is longer than a shipping store's usually is, and that is deliberate. We ship with five carriers. We rent mailboxes, pack the things other people will not pack, run a wide-format printer, notarize documents, send faxes, shred paper, take passport photos, and stock a few shelves of goods from small local businesses. One stop and one line, instead of four errands in four parking lots.

The notary side

Eastside Notary Service is our notary division: the same commissioned notaries who work in our stores, under a name of their own for the work that travels to the customer. Walk-in notarization happens at every location during store hours, and the travelling service is booked ahead. Fees, service area and booking are on notary services.

Walk in any time we are open, at any location.

A real street address, 24-hour access, and a text when a package arrives.

Artwork, computers, antiques, bikes — packed for you, or in a box built to fit.

Send it, scan it, or have it destroyed for good.
