What the forms collect
Two pages on this site have a form: the contact form and the shipping-quote form. They collect what you type — your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the location you picked, and the parcel details on the quote form. We use that to answer you. Nothing more.
How we measure the site
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages and buttons people use, so we know what is worth keeping. It only runs if you accept it. The first time you visit we ask, and until you say yes nothing is loaded and nothing is sent — if you decline, no analytics code runs, no cookie is written and no data about your visit leaves your browser.
If you accept, it sets cookies in your browser — _ga and names starting _ga_ — and sends that usage data to Google, which processes it for us under Google's privacy policy. We remember your answer in your browser, not in a cookie, and we ask again after a year. You can change your mind here at any time, and you can switch Google Analytics off for every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
We do not use it for advertising, we run no advertising tag, no social pixel and no session recorder, and we do not sell the data it collects.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question. If you want a message or a quote request deleted, ask and we will delete it.
