The Mail Hub

Digital mailboxes

Access your mail online using a digital mailbox. Manage your mail from afar without the hassle of coming into the store to pick up mail unless you absolutely need to.

What a digital mailbox is

A digital mailbox allows you to receive mail just like a physical mailbox. You get notifications for each mail piece received, and you can choose to have the mail scanned so you can read it online, then shredded or recycled when you're done with it.

You can still come in store to pick up mail and packages, but the main difference is that the digital mail platforms will add on surcharges if you do.

Most useful for small business owners or people on the move who don't plan on receiving many packages, but still want all the perks of having a private mailbox.

Platforms by location

All locations, hours & parking

Whichever platform you sign up with, the address it gives you is the store in that row, and the people handling your mail are the people who work there.

Signing up

A digital mailbox is still a mailbox, so the paperwork is the same as any other: USPS Form 1583, and two pieces of identification, one with your photo and one showing where you live. The physical-mailbox page lists which documents count. Once that is done, the mail starts arriving at the store and appearing in your account.
