Fees
Bring current photo identification and the document itself, and we will tell you before we start if anything about it falls outside what a Washington notary may do. We certify signatures: we do not draft documents and we cannot advise you on what you are signing.

Eastside Notary Service, our mobile notary division, comes to you by appointment from the Issaquah store. It covers Issaquah, Sammamish, North Bend, Renton, Snoqualmie, Preston, Mercer Island and greater Bellevue.

Loan document signing
Eastside Notary Service also handles loan signings, by appointment rather than as walk-ins: the full document stack, signed in order with identification checked, and returned complete.

Booking an appointment
Eastside Notary Service is our notary division, and its own site is where the full notary service list and the online appointment calendar live. Walk-ins never need it — book there when you want a set time, a travelling notary or a loan signing.

- Do I need an appointment?
- No. Walk in at any location during store hours and a commissioned notary is ready to help. Only the travelling service is booked ahead.
Signing something you also have to send or copy? Document services covers faxing, scanning and shredding, and copies and finishing can duplicate or bind the executed set. Hours and parking for every location are on locations.
